With more than 30 years of leadership in workforce development, education, and training systems, I bring both strategic depth and genuine care to my work.

I specialize in workforce development, leadership development, and training program design—particularly within complex systems serving underserved populations. I’ve supported initiatives at the local, state, and national levels, helping organizations turn vision into measurable results.

My experience includes leading and advising large-scale, federally funded programs, building cross-sector partnerships, and improving performance in high-stakes environments. Even within complex systems, my approach remains grounded, practical, and people-first.

I believe meaningful change happens when people feel seen, supported, and equipped with the right tools. Guided by integrity, curiosity, and a deep respect for human potential, I focus on creating learning and leadership solutions that don’t just check boxes—but make a lasting impact.

Abby Garofaro, Executive Director

My journey is the heart of why we started Logan Impact Solutions. Like many people, I reached graduation feeling unsure about my next step and without a clear roadmap to guide me. 

I knew a traditional four-year college path wasn’t the right immediate choice for me, but I still wanted direction, purpose, and practical options for my future. That period of uncertainty helped me see how valuable accessible guidance, real-world exposure, and hands-on workforce preparation can be—especially during times of transition.

Today, I lead Logan Impact Solutions with a focus on helping both youth and adults move forward with confidence. My goal is to make sure individuals feel supported, informed, and empowered as they explore opportunities and build paths that make sense for their lives.

Logan Garofaro, Brand Manager

I’m the Brand Manager for Logan Impact Solutions, where I focus on developing and refining our branded training materials and digital products. My role is centered on making sure everything we create—digital downloads, handouts, and presentations—is clear, professional, and consistent with our overall brand.

I enjoy taking training content and turning it into polished, easy-to-use resources that enhance the learning experience and help key ideas stand out. I work closely with our team to ensure all materials are visually engaging, well-structured, and designed for real-world use.

I’m passionate about creating content that not only looks good, but actually supports learning and development. I believe strong, well-designed materials make a big difference in how people understand and apply what they learn.

My goal is to help Logan Impact Solutions deliver high-quality, consistent resources that truly support growth—for both individuals and organizations.
