With more than 30 years of leadership experience in workforce development, education, and training, I bring both strategic expertise and genuine care to my work.
I specialize in workforce development, leadership development, and training program design, with experience supporting complex initiatives at the local, state, and national levels. My approach is practical and people-first, focused on turning ideas into meaningful solutions that help individuals and organizations grow.
I believe lasting change happens when people feel supported, equipped, and confident in their ability to move forward. Guided by integrity, curiosity, and a deep respect for human potential, I strive to create learning and leadership solutions that make a real and lasting impact.

My own journey is at the heart of why we started Logan Impact Solutions. After graduation, I found myself unsure of my next step and without a clear roadmap for the future. That experience showed me how valuable practical guidance, real-world exposure, and support can be during times of transition.
Today, I help lead Logan Impact Solutions with a focus on making sure people feel supported, informed, and confident as they explore opportunities and build paths that make sense for their lives. I believe everyone deserves access to practical tools and meaningful support to help them move forward with purpose.

With more than 15 years of experience in workforce development, leadership training, instructional design, and organizational development, I bring a practical, results-focused approach to learning and development.
My background includes senior leadership roles within the Job Corps system, professional development program design, and large-scale virtual training focused on leadership, communication, resilience, employability skills, and workforce readiness.
At Logan Impact Solutions, I support instructor-led training, virtual facilitation, curriculum implementation, and workforce development initiatives. I believe learning should be meaningful, engaging, and grounded in real-world application so individuals and organizations can grow with confidence.

As Brand Manager for Logan Impact Solutions, I focus on developing and refining our branded training materials and digital products to ensure everything we create is clear, professional, and consistent.
I enjoy turning training content into polished, easy-to-use resources that make learning more engaging and help important ideas stand out. Working closely with our team, my goal is to create materials that not only look good, but also help individuals and organizations understand, apply, and benefit from what they learn.
