SUMMARY:ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Course
DESCRIPTION:Build the food safety knowledge and leadership skills needed to protect customers\, employees\, and your organization. \nThis instructor-led ServSafe® Manager course is designed for restaurant managers\, food service supervisors\, school nutrition professionals\, chefs\, kitchen leads\, and other individuals responsible for overseeing food safety practices. Participants will receive practical instruction to help them prepare for the proctored ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Examination. \nBefore You Register\nLanguage: All instruction and course materials are provided in English. We do not currently offer bilingual instruction. \nCertification Exam: Your registration includes the training and a proctored ServSafe® Manager certification exam. The exam must be taken in person with Logan Impact Solutions—even if you attend the training through Zoom. We cannot administer the exam through Zoom. Please confirm that you can attend the in-person exam before registering. \nParticipants must pass the exam to earn certification. \nCourse Topics Include:\n\nThe importance of food safety\nPreventing foodborne illness\nPersonal hygiene and employee health\nTime and temperature control\nPreventing cross-contamination and allergen exposure\nSafe food preparation\nReceiving and storing food safely\nCleaning and sanitizing\nFood safety management systems\nHACCP principles and regulatory requirements\n\nThe ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification is accredited by the American National Accreditation Board under Conference for Food Protection standards and is nationally recognized.
